To cancel your appointment please contact us 48 hours before your appointment.
After 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service price for a late cancellation or 100% for not showing up to your appointment

Late Appointments
Any appointments that are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be automatically cancelled and be required to pay 100% of the deposit as well as any appointments that are more than 30 minutes late.
Please note that we may not be able to provide the service that you requested in time of your appointment duration when you are late.

Touch-Up Conditions
- A full set is required if your last session with us was over 4 weeks ago.
- A full set is required in principle if your last session was at a different salon.
- We may refuse your requested service depending on the condition or design of your existing extensions.
We will basically figure out and advise you which type of set you should go for on the appointment.
Guarantee
When you book a full set appointment you automatically receive a one week guarantee*. What this means is your lash extensions should not fall out abnormally during this time. If you have an irregular amount of extensions falling out or missing then you must contact us as soon as possible. You will have 15 days from your original appointment to reschedule another appointment to fill the gap in your lashes. It is normal for your technician to request a photo of your eyelashes and the extensions that have fallen out in order to find the cause of the problem. Any touch up appointment is classed as a regular appointment therefore the cancellation or no show policy still applies and if you miss a touch up appointment you will be required to pay a cancellation/no show fee of €40 at your next appointment.
(note if you have lost eyelash extensions and your natural lash is attached to the extension this is a result of your natural lash cycle and consequently will be exempt from the guarantee)
*Your one week guarantee appointment will be scheduled as a regular appointment therefore it is important that if you have to cancel or reschedule it is done as soon as possible. if you fail to notify your technician that you will not be attending you may not claim your guarantee appointment again and will be required to book in a regular appointment
